Dr. Betar has provided pediatric dental services to children throughout Blair County for over 15 years.

Since 2000, Dr. Betar has been director of a children's dental clinic, providing dental services to underprivileged children throughout Blair County.

Dr. Betar is a member of the Altoona Regional Health System Medical Staff in the Department of Specialized Surgery, Clinical Service of Dentistry. This will enable Dr. Betar to provide dental services to those children, requiring extensive dental care, under general anesthesia at the Altoona Regional Outpatient Surgery Center.
